Each element has its own page with guiding questions, typical mistakes and deliverables.

The logic behind it

The workflow replaces the function as the organizational unit. This leads to new allocations of responsibility, new roles, different metrics and a governance framework of its own.

The elements interlock. Those who only introduce technology without adapting roles and rules shift effort – they do not solve it.

The sequence can be designed. We start where the value contribution is greatest, usually with target picture and processes, and develop the remaining elements along the workflows.
