Max H. Brüggemann
Max H. Brüggemann is the founder and managing director of ProNexum Consulting .
He helps companies develop customer-oriented strategies and to future-proof their business models and organizations.
​
His focus is on combining customer strategy , customer lifecycle management, and operating model design to achieve sustainable growth and measurable improvement in customer relationships.
​
Prior to founding ProNexum, he worked for over ten years in strategy and management consulting and also gained several years of experience within the Bertelsmann Group. During this time, he supported numerous transformation projects at the intersection of strategy, organization, and customer management.
​
Its clients include family businesses, corporations and growth-oriented companies in Europe, Asia and the USA – particularly in the retail, consumer goods and financial services sectors.
